A contingent of International Affairs Committee members, lay leaders, and ADL staff members took National European Affairs Director Andrew Srulevitch to meet with the Consuls General of France, Greece, and Germany.
Discussion revolved around matters of importance to ADL, such as appreciation of France’s refusal to let Iran create or acquire a nuclear weapon, appreciation for Greece’s crackdown on the neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party, and appreciation for Germany helping with Israel’s security, including providing Israel with Dolphin submarines.
Lay leaders participating in the meetings included Robert Carlton, Ian Scharfman, Karen Westall, Jerry Axelrod, and George Gibson.
The meetings deepened existing relationships and established new relationships with the local consulates and Consuls General.
